SYNERLAB Group is a European leader in contract and development manufacturing. Our mission is to support pharmaceuticals firms in developing, manufacturing and packaging their products. We were born in Alsace, close to Strasbourg and the German boarder and are proud to be recognized for our human values, as well as our entrepreneurial drive and a collaborative spirit allied with Operational Excellence our 1300 employees are proud to represent.
As an SME, we believe we have a world of opportunities to develop as we do trust the local anchor our 7 sites have secured is the guarantee of a blend of culture. We contribute to the economical dynamism of diverse areas like Alsace (Strasbourg), Greater Paris (Dreux and Orléans), Provence and Madrid in Spain.

How it all started
Synerlab Group was built through a series of acquisitions in the pharmaceutical contracting business and is now a multi specialist organized in 5 business units, each of them operating in a niche.
Because of our size and our family based history, our Group operates as an industrial start up proud of our entrepreneurial energy. We dedicate this spirit to the pharmaceutical industry where human values are essential as is the ability to comply to regulation.
Far from centralization, we favor autonomy and agility of our sites while offering mutualized functions guaranteeing our integrity as well as a collaborative spirit generating numerous synergies.
Our group functions are strong in Quality, Purchasing, Business Development, Corporate law, finance and human resources in order to federate and challenge, optimize costs and invest at Group level and externally.
Increasing our footprint as a CDMO in France and a specialist Group in Europe is the objective we have defined for the next 5 years.
